Bharat chauhan,Aam aadmi sena chief prabhat kumar said that like Delhi State Bhartiya Janta Party of breaking of seals affixed by officials of East MCD in the area of Gokalpuri, East Delhi, Sh Prabhat Kumar, National President of Aam Admi Sena, has also decided to undertake to break open the seals affixed by MCD, in the guise of directions of Monitoring Committee, which action of putting seals by MCD is actually illegal, arbitrary and discriminatory.
Sh Prabhat Kumar has claimed that if such exercise of his is found to be unlawful then he be treated at parity with Sh Manoj Tiwari; least poor residents whose properties have been sealed illegally should be able to have roof over their heads once again.
Sh Prabhat Kumar would commence the exercise of removing of seals after giving an ultimatum of 48 hours from today forenoon. According to him, for his such exercise, if found unlawful, he would be ready to seek forgiveness from the Hon’ble Supreme Court.
Tomorrow at 12 PM from Jantar Mantar, Sh Prabhat Kumar would make public announcement of his BIG ULTIMATUM in the presence of media persons.
