Medanta pioneers Gurugram’s first RWA eClinic and Nursing Unit

Bharat Chauhan New Delhi,Medanta launched an eClinic and Nursing Unit within the premises of RWA Orchid Petals,Gurugram. The facility will cater to the medical needs of residents by connecting them with Medanta’s super specialist doctors through remote consultation. Trained medical staff will also be deployed to support medical emergency and facilitate virtual consultations.
The eClinic was launched by Dr. Naresh Trehan, Chairman and Managing Director and Dr. Yatin Mehta, Chairman, Critical Care and Anaesthesiology, Medanta – The Medicity along with the RWA members.
Launching the eClinic, Dr. Naresh Trehan, said, “At Medanta, we are strongly committed to providing access to quality healthcare for patients. Hospitals have and must adapt and evolve to treat patients amidst the pandemic to ensure no one suffers because of lack of treatment. The Medanta eClinic will enable residents of Orchid Petals to get specialised medical care in a safe and convenient environment.’’
“People are hesitant to step out of their homes amidst the COVID pandemic. The eClinic will fulfil the unmet essential healthcare need well within the safe confines of the society,” added Dr Yatin Mehta.
