Bharat Chauhan New Delhi, With the objective of ensuring victory in Delhi Assembly elections just like the Loksabha elections, Delhi BJP organized a conference of booth level workers ‘Hamara Karyakarta, Hamara Bal’ in Indira Gandhi Indore Stadium today. Union Home Minister and BJP National President Shri Amit Shah, National Working President Shri Jagat Prakash Nadda, National Vice President and Delhi In-charge Shri Shyam Jaju, Delhi BJP President Shri Manoj Tiwari, Union Minsiter Dr. Harsh Vardhan addressed the conference.

The program was conducted by Booth Management Department’s Shri Harsh Malhotra.
Addressing thousands of workers attending the Booth Sammelan, Union Home Minister and BJP National President Shri Amit Shah said that today I can say with full confidence that BJP government will be formed by end of February in Delhi. This is the massive gathering of commanders who had been selected from 13,750 booths and committed to the organization. All these workers had also assembled for the formation of government under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. In 2015 Aam Aadmi Party government was formed because people can be cheated only once, not again and again. These parties have been given a befitting reply by the BJP workers in the Corporation elections and after that in 2019 Loksabha elections by winning 12,064 booths out of 13,750 booths. This is for the first time in the history of Delhi that a party has won 88% booths. We secured more than 56% votes. Some of our candidates won by the margin of 2 to 3 lakh votes and some with the margin of more than 4 lakh votes. Here the workers are the same who had ensured victory in Loksabha elections and I can claim that BJP government will be formed in Delhi. For other parties, elections are means of getting power but for BJP it is getting trust in democracy. This is the opportunity for workers to take our policies and our achievements to the people. In comparison with democracy in other countries India’s democracy is strongest.
Calling upon the booth level workers Shri Shah said that elections are not won by meetings and rallies, we have to hold meetings for the people at the mohalla level. You should reach out to every citizen at district, mandal and Assembly level so that every person gets Lotus, the symbol of BJP. The people will decide about the government of 3 months or of 60 months. The Aam Aadmi Party cheated the people of Delhi for 60 months and previously the Congress cheated the people for 15 years. The people should question both these parties. Kejriwal is such a leader who affixes big advertisements of ‘Badhai Ho’ with his photos, you should ask him what he had done during last five years. We had promised that we will regularize the unauthorized colonies and confer ownership rights, we have already started the process of registration by the end of 2019. You should go amongst 40 lakh people of unauthorized colonies and ask them who will heal the wounds of the victims of 1984 anti-sikh riots. Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi gave compensation of Rs 5 lakh to each of the victims and also sent the accused person to Tihar jail.
Shri Amit Shah said that Kejriwal did not allow the PMAY, and Ayushman Bharat Yojana to be implemented in Delhi but we have started the survey of 160 jhuggi clusters under the scheme Jahan Jhuggi, Wahan Makan and under this scheme 85,000 jhuggi dwellers will get pucca houses. Riverfront on the banks of Yamuna will be developed just like Sabarmati River and the Poorvanchalis will not need temporary ghats for observing Chatth Puja. Lakhs of Poorvanchalis will be able to observe Chatth Puja wherever they want on the riverfront. 116 KMs of metro line was laid and work on 70 KMs is in progress for which a fund of 11,000 crore has been allotted. The work of rapid rail has been started, land pooling policy has been framed, 80 villages have been urbanized and various works initiated under Swacch Bharat, Antyoday, Mera Kanoon and Amrit Plus Yojana. We will showcase our achievements in the upcoming Assembly elections but what Kejriwal will show. He had promised for 20 colleges but could not open even one college. He has also promised for 500 schools but could construct only classrooms. He tried to paralyze MCDs by withholding fund of 11,000 crores. The youth continued to wait for free Wi-Fi and the contract teachers and employees for regularization. In place of controlling pollution the Chief Minister worked to increase it.
Shri Amit Shah also said that the CAA was approved by the cabinet and passed by the Parliament but Kejriwal, Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Wadra are misleading the people. Do the people need such a government which instigates riots? Should not the persecuted people from Afghanistan, Pakistan and Bangladesh be granted citizenship? Modi Ji has fulfilled the promise made by Gandhi Ji. CAA cannot take away citizenship of anyone. The people should openly see the false propaganda of the opposition parties and how the Sikh borthers are been exploited in Pakistan. Where these Sikh brothers will go who are being tortured in Pakistan? These parties indulge in vote politics. Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi, Chief Minister of Delhi Arvind Kejriwal opposes abolition of Article 370 and 35A, Triple Talaq, decision of Supreme Court on Ram Temple, surgical strike and air strike done to avenge the Uri and Pulwama attack. We wanted to send the anti-national elements who raised slogans Bharat Tere Tukde Honge Ek Hazar-Inshallah, Inshallah in JNU to jail but Kejriwal did not grant permission to prosecute them. We want to grant citizenship to Dalits, Sikh refugees but anti-dalit AAP and Congress oppose it. Shri Shah issued toll free number 88662-88662 to register support to CAA. He reminded thousands of workers that we don’t have to contest elections with the help of rallies, posters, hoarding rather we have to visit door to door to apprise people about the achievement of Modi Ji and fraud of Kejriwal.
National Working President Shri JP Nadda said that the booth workers are the foundation of any party and work for the advancement of the party in every matter. BJP will come in power in Delhi like Center because BJP is the only party whose workers reach to the last section of society with new thought, new vision, and new direction. BJP workers present the policies and objectives of BJP before the society. There are 2300 political parties in the country, out of which 500 parties are recognized by the Election Commission and out of these 56 are regional political parties and 7 are national parties. Most of the parties indulge in nepotism but BJP is the only national organization which is against nepotism because BJP works with ideology.
Shri Nadda said that BJP progresses with the views of its workers and no one can stop BJP from expanding. If the society changes, only then the country changes, but Delhi government is full of negativity which neither wants development nor change. Some parties have leaders but no policy, if they have policy then no intentions, if they have intentions then they do not have program, if some of them have program, they do not have workers. BJP has policy, intentions and workers and with their support BJP will form government in Delhi. The people of Delhi raised the issue of pollution before Modi Ji and BJP’s Central government gifted Eastern-Western Peripheral Expressway to Delhi so that pollution is controlled. Aam Aadmi Party and Congress continued to deprive poor of their rights and do politics in the name of regularizing the unauthorized colonies. Under the leadership of Modi Ji, the BJP government at the center, conferred ownership rights to more than 40 lakh people living in unauthorized colonies. Kejriwal government also politicized the issue of health of the people because it did not allow the Ayushman Bharat Yojana of the Center to be implemented in Delhi. Now the time has come to end and this eclipse on Delhi and form BJP government here.
On this occasion, Union Minister Dr. Harsh Vardhan said that before Loksabha elections also the workers had resolved to make BJP victorious and today also we are resolving to win the Assembly elections. This time the number of workers is larger and the zeal is double. Remembering late Shri Madan Lal Khurrana and Shri Sahib Singh Verma, he said that we will realize the dream of both these leaders and form BJP government after 22 years in Delhi. He also said that he had been elected 7 times and Shri Amit Shah, Shri Jagat Prakash Nadda etc. leaders on the dais have also won many elections which have been actually possible with the help of the workers only. He said that strong and reliable workers are the strength and resource of the party. Arvind Kejriwal came to power by misleading the people in 2015 but by the end of 2019 the people felt disillusioned and the party which won 67 seats in 2015 came at 3rd place on 65 seats in 2019 Loksabha elections.
National Vice President and Delhi In-charge Shri Shyam Jaju said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and Home Minister Shri Amit Shah, BJP has set new records. Every worker of BJP is the soul of the party. Chief Minister of Delhi Kejriwal said that he has given a new image to Delhi and made it number one. I want to ask him how Delhi lacked behind in the report of Niti Aayog? Delhi has fallen behind in the field of drinking water, climate change, judicial system, health services, production etc. Yet Kejriwal continued to speak lies. The people of Delhi have to drink poisonous water when Kejriwal is himself the Chairman of DJB. He committed corruption in the construction of classrooms but BJP government continues to work for the development of Delhi.
Welcoming the Chief Guest Shri Amit Shah, Delhi BJP President Shri Manoj Tiwari said that today more than 33,000 thousands booth presidents, booth palak, and one sister whom we call booth parmeshwari, all the District Presidents are welcoming our National President Shri Amit Shah. The most important thing needed by the people of Delhi is clean air, pure water and adequate food.
Shri Tiwari said that previously the Congress party exploited Delhi and now Aam Aadmi Party is spoiling Delhi. Today we have more energy and zeal, also such conferences have been held earlier and as a result we have won all the MP seats. Once again we have to repeat this victory in Assembly elections. 1.5 lakh contract employs are searching for Chief Minister Kejriwal who has betrayed them. Chief Minister of Delhi said that the registry of properties in unauthorized colonies is fake. Yesterday 20 deeds have been registered, can the Aam Aadmi Party stop it? BJP does what it says and the BJP workers must tell this thing in lanes and mohallas of Delhi. I am confident that we will win the election by virtue of worker’s hard labor.
MP Shri Pravesh Sahib Singh recited a poem to encourage the workers ‘Tu Arjun Ka Gandiv Hai, Tu Bheem Ki Gada Hai, Tujhse Koi Na Jeet Paega’. This is the Mahakumbh of workers. BJP will win Delhi Assembly elections with the help of workers because whenever problems of the people came before us, the BJP government at Centre solved them while Kejriwal continued to mislead people of Delhi. Many historic decisions have been taken under the leadership of Shri Narendra modi and the people of the country feel obliged.
