Meenakshi Lekhi visited Government School in Patel Nagar, South Delhi MP Shri Ramesh Bidhuri visited Government school in Railway Colony, Tughlakabad, MP Shri Pravesh Sahib Singh visited the Government school in Ujwa Village, MP Shri Hansraj Hans visited the Government school in Mangolpuri, MP Shri Gautam Gambhir visited Government School in Khichadipur. The condition of the Delhi Government’s world class Schools is very bad, broken benches were thrown outside, there is no cleaning of the place for drinking water of the children and the situation is really very bad.
Reality Check of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s claims of world-class schools was carried out and MPs talked to the school’s principal, teachers and the students to assess the level of education and the cleanliness of the toilet block and school premises. After surprise inspection, it has been proved once again that Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal is speaking a blatant lie among the public by advertising crores of rupees from the public’s hard earned money. Due to the lack of teachers and rooms in the schools, the school is being run in 4 shifts instead of two and the students are forced to go home with incomplete knowledge, dilapidated toilet blocks are testifying to the plight of the school. The falling paint and cement is the hallmark of a major accident. The women employees, who are distributing the mid-day meal, said that they get a salary of Rs 1000 only, despite doing this work throughout the month, which is against the labor law, but the violation of the right to pay the minimum wage is being done publicly by the Delhi government.
The Principal himself said that in the absence of structural arrangement to suit the number of students, the school is taking four shifts instead of 2 and we are awaiting the construction of the building. Kejriwal should do a comparative tour of Delhi government and Corporation schools in front of the media or stop making false claims. Today, millions of students are deprived of their right to education due to the lies of Arvind Kejriwal, while on the other hand, many schools are waiting for their renovation. Arvind Kejriwal is a machine of lies and the public has now come to know his nature that his interest is not to serve the people but to grab the power by making false claims. Kejriwal has befooled the people of Delhi and the people will give a befitting reply on February 8 and will teach him a lesson
