Bharat Chauhan ,With the holiday season drawing near, how would you like to get your hands on a travel guide that has actually been ‘traveled through’? Should you be planning a trip to the mountains up north or to the beaches down south, are you looking for a defining experience of Indian culture and its faceted people? Up to the task of creating a travel guide like no other is the entertainment, sports and brand guru Shailendra Singh who recently concluded a rally by road of 7000 km from Kanyakumari to Kashmir. After completing the only rally to enter Kashmir after the abrogation of Article 370, Singh is now going to pen his thoughts and experiences in a book, easily available to every Indian. The untitled book will act as a comprehensive guide for the Indian voyager on a journey to discover the country’s many hidden stories and unsung heroes.

“We have the youngest population in the world – 600 million under the age of 25. But so many of them are spending the majority of their time online. My book will be about inspiring the new, young India that there are real people and real stories out there. They should get out, take an adventure and celebrate this great country of ours. If you haven’t take a road trip across this diverse and ancient country, then you’re really missing out” says Shailendra Singh.

In a never-done-before journey, Singh traveled across the country stopping at more than 15 cities along the way, discovering the many flavors of India. He is now working on a book to document the breathtaking visuals and tales he has collected through his One India. My India rally.

A cherry on the cake is yet another journey that the maverick Bollywood producer will embark on soon from India’s East to West.
